Narrowband imaging is a nice way to fight light pollution. Event under suburban sky it is possible to achieve decent outcome. Here are two narrowband attempts – only hydrogen alpha channel so far.

And rarely pictured area around Sh2-104 hydrogen fuzz-ball in Cygnus:
