One letter makes difference 🙂 LBN stands for Lynds’ Catalogue of Bright Nebulae, and LDN is Lynds’ Catalogue of Dark Nebulae. Both have been compiled in 1960s by Beverly Lynds. Many of its entries are cross referenced to other catalogs.
Now, the picture below contains several objects from both of these catalogs. It is a part of Milky Way in Cygnus constellation around LDN988 nebula. This immense molecular cloud is about 2000 light years away and is a place of active star formation processes.
